STELLA MAXWELL

Stella Maxwell is a Belgian-born, Northern Irish-New Zealand model known for her work with globally renowned fashion houses and her advocacy within the LGBTQIA+ community. She has fronted campaigns for Versace, Moschino, Alexander McQueen, Victoria’s Secret, and Calvin Klein, while also walking the runway for Miu Miu, Versace, Moschino, Chanel, Fendi, and Jacquemus. 

A mainstay in editorial fashion, Stella has graced the covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Numéro, CR Fashion Book, Perfect Magazine, 10 Magazine, and V, with additional features in Vogue Paris, Love Magazine, i-D, Self-Service, Interview, and W Magazine. Recognized for her impact in fashion, she was named Daily Front Row’s Model of the Year (2017) and Fashion Icon of the Year (2021). 

Beyond fashion, Stella is a vocal advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, serving as an ambassador for GLAAD and Pride Live’s Stonewall Day. She has appeared on the cover of The Advocate and starred in Calvin Klein’s 2024 Pride campaign, shot by Gordon von Steiner. 

A passionate animal lover, Stella co-founded Peropero, a luxury pet grooming brand launched in 2024. Inspired by the Japanese term for a dog’s licking, Peropero was created to bring personalized, high-quality pet care to the market.
